HYDROVANCE from National Starch is a single moisturizing agent that delivers moisturization efficacy comparable to glycerine while offering non-tacky, non-greasy feel in skin care products. This moisturizing agent can reduce costs and improve the feel of products by reducing the amount of glycerin, silicones and high end moisturizing agents required. Synergistic moisture enhancement has been observed using glycerin and other moisturizing agents in combination with HYDROVANCE.
